What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Most raisins and nuts start from 1 MT per SKU. Mixed container orders (multiple SKUs) are welcome. Contact us for specific MOQ by product.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our partner factories are GACC registered, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified. Halal certification is available for most products. Full certificate copies are provided with each shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000. We do not accept PayPal or credit card for wholesale orders.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight to Middle East (Dubai, Jeddah): 18–25 days. Central Asia (Tashkent, Almaty): 12–18 days by rail/road. Europe: 28–35 days. Air freight available for samples and urgent orders.
Can I request product samples before placing an order?
Yes. We provide samples (100–500g per SKU) at cost price plus shipping. Sample fees are deducted from your first bulk order. Contact samples@sunorigin.net.
Do you offer private label / OEM packaging?
Yes. We offer custom packaging with your brand name, logo, and label design. Minimum order for private label is typically 3 MT per SKU. See our Private Label page for details.
Which markets do you export to?
We primarily serve the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We do not currently export to the United States.
How do I get a price list?
Prices vary by season, grade, and volume. Submit a trade inquiry with your target products and quantities, and we will respond within 24 hours with a detailed quotation.
